Cancellation and payment policy.

  1. Payment requirements.

  • Standard Payment Time: Payment for all services is due in full at the time the service is rendered, unless otherwise specified in this policy.

  • Online Services: For all services provided remotely (online, video, or phone readings), full payment is required at least one (1) hour in advance to secure and confirm the appointment.

  • Failure to Pay (Online): If advance payment for a scheduled online service has not been successfully processed and confirmed at least one (1) hour prior to the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be automatically canceled. The client will be notified of the cancellation, and the service will not be performed.

2. Client-initiated cancellations and refunds.

  • Required notice: A client must provide notice of cancellation at least six (6) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

  • Refund eligibility (paid in advance): If a client who has paid in advance cancels with the required six (6) hours' notice, they are eligible for a full refund of the service fee.

  • Late cancellation/no-show fee (paid in advance): If a client cancels with less than six (6) hours' notice, or fails to appear for the appointment ("no-show"), the client forfeits the full amount of the service fee paid in advance. No refund will be issued.

  • Late cancellation/no-show fee (not paid in advance): If a client cancels with less than six (6) hours' notice, or fails to appear for the appointment (no-show) for a service where payment was not required in advance, the client will be assessed a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service. This fee must be paid before any future services can be scheduled or rendered.

3. Punctuality and session reduction.

  • Lateness: Clients are expected to be on time for all appointments.

  • Session reduction: If a client arrives late, the length of the scheduled service will be reduced by the exact amount of time the client is late.

    • Example: If a client is fifteen (15) minutes late for a sixty (60) minute reading, the reading will be reduced to forty-five (45) minutes.

  • Full payment obligation: Regardless of any reduction in service time due to client lateness, the client remains obligated to pay the full price for the originally scheduled session. No price adjustment will be made for client-initiated lateness.

4. Termination of future services.

The Service Provider reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse future service to any client who demonstrates a pattern of:

  • Consistent failure to adhere to the six (6) hour cancellation policy.

  • Repeated late arrivals for scheduled appointments.

  • Failure to pay any assessed fees, including advance payments or cancellation fees.
